I am passionate about working with couples navigating differences in their neuro types (i.e. ADHD/ASD, or neurotypical/neurodivrgent).  I believe that understanding how these different operating systems show up relationally and how to create frameworks that support and understand these differences can bring a depth of understanding to relating to one another in meaningful ways that allow for more connection and less conflict.  


Ethical Non-Monogamy

Many people today are drawn to alternative relationship structures such as ethical non-monogamy, polyamory and non conforming relationships, and having a therapist with lived experience in this area can bring a meaningful perspective. Whether you are looking to explore changes to your current relationship structure, or grow in your journey of ENM, I am passionate about providing guidance on how to unpack monogamy, and work towards building a relationship that works for your unique values and needs.
